Feb 2000Camden Resources, Inc. (CRI) founded by Marc W. Rhoades and Bryant H. Patton.
Apr 2000Yorktown Partners purchases common equity in Camden.
Camden purchases certain south Texas assets of Clayton Williams Energy, Inc.
May 2000Camden opens office in Dallas with staff of 8.
Jun 2000Camden spuds 1st well in Duval County, Texas.
Jan 2001Camden producing gross 12.5 MMCFD out of 4 wells.

Apr 2005Maverick Oil & Gas, Inc. enters into a stock purchase agreement to acquire 100% of the issued shares of Camden Resources, Inc. for $88 Million in cash.
Jun 2005Maverick fails to close transaction.
Aug 2005Camden spuds 15th well at Hostetter Field in McMullen County, Texas.
Oct 2005Camden keeps $4.25 Million in settlement of dispute with Maverick.
Nov 2005Camden participates with Eagle Oil & Gas, Inc. as operator in deep Atoka play in West Texas.
Dec 2005COG merges into CRI with all operations now being conducted through Camden Resources, Inc.
Mar 2006Camden spuds 1st well in S. Haley prospect.
